IT System Support Associate
MCIS Language Solutions is seeking an intelligent, energetic, creative, and motivated System Support Representative.
Reporting to the IT manager, the System Support Associate serves as the administrator and subject matter expert for the Language Interpreter Services (LIS) Program online system, Apricot, a case management system used by internal and external organizational staff to facilitate service delivery of subsidized language interpretation services for victims of violence in Ontario, and create program reports for the funder as needed.
This role will be the main point of contact for the users regarding questions pertaining to Apricot software, and identifies ways to optimize the use of the system in supporting the business objectives of the agencies. Also, the individual holding this position will be responsible for performing monthly and/or as-needed data import processes using specialized tools. This role must provide excellent customer service including but not limited to system configurations, modifications, and support.
This is a full-time (36.25 hours weekly) 1 year employment contract position, with possibility of extension.
Internal Operations & Finance Assistant (Ontario Works)
Directly reporting to the Accounting Manager, the IO & Finance Assistant will provide administrative services and will also be part of the Finance team processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, special reports and other related financial records.
