MCIS’ newly launched state of the art technology call centre offers customers access to our on-demand telephone interpretation services. For on-demand telephone services customers will be provided with unique Client Identification Number (CIN), instructions as well as training on how to access this service. Third-party calling is included in the service at no additional cost.
The process is simple and easy to access:
- Staff member receives a request from a Non-English/Limited English Speaker (NES/LES);
- The staff member asks for the language of the NES/LES and proceeds call MCIS’ toll-free number where they can access interpretation services 24/7/365;
- Staff members follow the prompts to be connected to an interpreter in top languages or a live operator who will connect the call to an interpreter in the required languages. It is here that the staff member will provide their unique CIN.
- The operator, if accessed, stays on the line until the language requested is identified;
- The staff member is connected to an interpreter within 30 seconds for top languages;
- An interpreter joins the call.
