Pawel Kosicki

Pawel has spent his career in a range of roles in corporate strategy, operations, and technology as a consultant (for EY and BCG) and in industry (Rolls Royce, Fuji Electric). Pawel currently works at Celestica and is responsible for integrating and making effective use of data across the company’s network of 30 factories worldwide. Having joined the MCIS board of directors in 2017, Pawel has served as Secretary of the Board, chaired the N&G and social impact committees, and sat on the executive committee. He is currently a member of the technology & operations and social impact / N&G committees. Pawel is also the chair of the board of Oakville Sight & Sound, a growing home services business. Pawel has worked in Japan, Germany and Poland, and speaks Polish, French & English proficiently (and Spanish, German and Japanese passably). He spends his spare time chasing his 3 young daughters down ski hills, around campgrounds, and through various cities around the world.
