Ken is General Counsel at STACK, a fintech startup in Toronto. He has been a lawyer for 12 years both in house and in private practice, with a particular focus on the technology sector. He was previously General Counsel for NexJ Systems and Ingram Micro Canada and previously worked in private practice in both Toronto and New York. Ken holds a law degree from the University of Windsor and a chemical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
