Alex Aleinikov

Alex serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at MCIS Language Solutions, reporting to the Executive Director. He joined MCIS in 2013, initially holding the role of Director of Finance and Internal Operations. In this position, he was responsible for managing the day-to-day internal functioning of the organization, which includes finance/accounting, information technology, and, as required, human resources, administration, and office support.

In December 2020, he was promoted to CFO, where his responsibilities expanded to include fund development, social finance, procurement, and crafting long-term financial strategies to ensure organizational stability.  Alex oversees financial planning and strategy, accounting and compliance, risk management, capital structure management, performance monitoring, strategic leadership, and team leadership. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
