Overview:Alex is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at MCIS, a role he has held since December 2020. He joined the organization in 2013 as Director of Finance and Internal Operations, overseeing finance, IT, HR, and administration. As CFO, Alex leads financial planning, risk management, compliance, procurement, and long-term strategy to ensure organizational stability. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Overview: Amal joined MCIS Language Solutions in 2011 as a freelance English–Arabic translator and transitioned into an in-house role in 2016 as a Project Coordinator in the Translation Department. She later moved into the Training, Recruitment and vendor Relations. In her current role, she leads interpreter and translator engagement with a strong focus on empathy, fairness, integrity, and service excellence. Known for her innovative and creative approach, Amal drives efficiency by introducing process improvements, automation, and data-informed workflows that strengthen operational performance and support sustainable growth.

Education: Amal holds a BA in Translation from the Applied Science University and an MA in Translation Studies from Glendon College, York University.

Interests: Her interests include process automation, machine translation, analytics, and AI, particularly their role in enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and professional practice.

Overview: Rosemarie joined MCIS in 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in systems analysis, software development and project management from across multiple industries in the Caribbean. She is the Master Administrator of MCIS’ service delivery platforms, working with technology partners to ensure our business solutions meet organizational and strategic goals. Her clear communication style, attention to detail and commitment to governance enhance collaboration, advocacy and innovation.

Education: Rosemarie holds a BSc. in Computer Science and an MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of the West Indies

Interests: Rosemarie enjoys cooking, powerlifting, traveling, music and reading. She is also a student of traditional Chinese medicine and loves planning events that bring people together.
