From a co-op student in Human Resources to a professional in e-learning Tenzin Paldon has come a long way. Before going back to her home in India, she sat down with me to talk about her experience at MCIS and future plans. Below is an excerpt of the interview:
What will you miss most about MCIS?
I will definitely miss the team with which I spent the past 2 years. I have a lot of memorable experiences that I am going to carry with me.
What brought you to MCIS?
The diversity; I think people here come from different cultural backgrounds and bring their worldview to this place. People here are also very friendly, and they helped me grow immensely.
What is your learning?
Without MCIS, I wouldn’t have found myself developing online training modules. It was a great learning experience for me. I would like to thank everyone who pushed me to be my best.
What are your future plans?
I want to dive more into instructional design and make e-learning an area of expertise. I also want to travel to Korea and Japan, and hopefully pick up the language.
