Appreciation for Community Feedback

MCIS is happy to announce that in the past month, we have received a lot of good reviews on the services that we provide to various communities.

As a celebration of our achievements, and as encouragement to keep delivering the same outstanding performance, we would like to share them with you.

COVID-19 has been an immense challenge for those working in health care services. Individuals working in those fields have been working round the clock to ensure the health of our communities. The pandemic has also had a disproportionate effect on immigrant communities within Canada. Therefore, interpretation and translation services have been crucial in providing effective medical care. MCIS has been working closely with the healthcare industry to ensure that everyone has access to accurate information and to minimize the health-language gap.

The first message we would like to share is from The Ottawa Hospital on our interpretation services supporting the health response to the pandemic:

“While the number of requests has gone down a little when compared to the previous FY, MCIS Language Solutions continues to show an impressive 97% for vendor performance.

We are also dedicated to providing exceptional language training programs to help individuals kickstart an exciting career as a language professional. One of our students had this to say when addressing our language training programs:
